1. Overview

The Republic Goods Influencer Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows influencers to earn commissions by promoting booth rentals at Republic Goods. Each approved influencer will receive a unique coupon code that provides their audience with $10 off a booth rental (reducing the cost to $25).

At the end of two weeks, influencers will be paid out $10 per booth rented with their unique code.

The program is valid from 2/17 till 3/10.

2. How It Works

  • Influencers will be assigned a personalized coupon code.

  • Customers must enter the code when booking a booth on the Republic Goods website.

  • The code will be valid for 2 weeks. Codes will not extend past March 10, 2025.

  • At the end of the promotion period, Republic Goods will track booth rentals made using the influencer’s code.

  • Influencers will receive $10 for each booth booked using their code.

3. Payment & Tracking

  • Influencers will receive an update after the first week and a final report at the end of the two weeks.

  • Payments will be sent via Venmo within 2 business days after the promotion period ends.

  • Payments are based on the total number of booths rented using the influencer’s code, with no refunds allowed—only exchanges for different weekends.

4. Promotion Guidelines

  • Influencers are encouraged to promote the Republic Goods booth rental process accurately.

  • Republic Goods will provide general information about how booth rentals work, but influencers are free to craft their messaging.

5. Booth Rental Policy

  • Customers who use the discount code must follow the standard booth rental process:

    • Visit the website and select "Book a Closet."

    • Choose the start date for their 7-day rental.

    • Arrive at Republic Goods at 8 AM on the selected start date to set up their booth.

    • Price items using Republic Goods' provided tools.

    • Optionally mark down prices throughout the week (25%, 50%, 75%).

    • Receive sales updates and payout via Venmo after picking up unsold items at the end of the week.

  • Booths are non-refundable but can be exchanged for different weekends.

6. Fraud Prevention & Code Misuse

  • Influencers are given free booths - just ask for a free code.

  • Republic Goods reserves the right to withhold payments if fraudulent activity or misuse of the code is detected.

7. Agreement & Termination

  • By participating in the Program, influencers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Republic Goods reserves the right to update or terminate the Program at any time.
