✨ Part-Time Retail Associate – Fashion & Thrift Lover

📍Arts District - Las Vegas, Nevada

📅 Schedule:
Part-time roles are available to support our busiest days — Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with occasional weekday shifts. Hours will vary and are based on both performance and business needs.

💡 About the Role

We’re looking for outgoing, fashion-loving team members who put customers first and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll greet every customer who walks in, help them find amazing thrifted and fashion-forward pieces, and create fun, engaging social media content that showcases our store.

🛍 What You’ll Do

  • Customer First: Greet and assist everyone who enters the store.

  • Social Media Creation: Film and post TikTok & Instagram content that reflects our style and energy.

  • Be a Style Expert: Share your love for fashion, thrifting, and unique finds.

  • Stay Assertive: Confidently approach and assist shoppers & consignors

  • Multitask: Handle customers, social media, and store upkeep simultaneously.

  • Think on Your Feet: Adapt quickly to whatever the day brings.

✅ Requirements

  • 18+ years old

  • Previous retail experience

  • Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills

  • Stellar customer service & communication abilities

  • Understanding of fashion trends and popular brands

  • Comfortable on camera & creating short-form video content

  • Willing to complete a trial period

  • Able to complete opening and closing duties responsibly

  • Comfortable working independently when needed

  • Up to 30 hours a week
